YOGA PRACTICE

Hey there WP friends and family! I have some fun and exciting news!

I am now a registered yoga instructor in 200-250, Yin, Restorative, Chair Yoga. Along with being a certified Ayurvedic Specialist.

This was part of a two year training journey and one of the many reasons for my absence on this page.

I will be posting more videos, pictures and information as this phase of my life unfolds.
